Membership in Royal Arch Masonry consists of Symbolic Lodge members who are seeking “More Light” in Masonry by dedicating themselves to further education and the study and interpretation of Masonic ritual and symbolism.
Royal Arch Members are a close-knit group and are dedicated to each other and their families. We exercise charity towards our Companions and publicly engage in organized endeavors believing in Charity towards our fellow man.
Royal Arch Masons represent approximately ten percent of the New York Symbolic Lodge membership; however, Royal Arch Masons are undoubtedly the most active of all! Approximately 85-90% are past masters and you will find our Companions scattered throughout the entire Masonic landscape!
